Custom-made Reflectors

The design and manufacturing of reflectors on the basis of our customers‘ specifications are becoming more and more important. We consider ourselves particularly qualified for these tasks as we have been in the position of gathering considerable experience with the creation and constant enhancement of our standard range which is incorporated in the design and manufacturing of custom-made reflectors.

Thanks to sophisticated software modules for dimensioning the reflector, CNC controlled machines for making the tools as well as the latest manufacturing processes in the field of prototyping new designs can be realised in one to six weeks depending on the complexity of the reflector. Each design is made following a number of precisely defined steps starting with the customer sending a technical drawing and ending with the customer approving the designed reflector. Needless to say that the entire design process takes place in close cooperation with the customer who can make corrections or amendments at any time.

The series production following the sampling is effected on the latest metal-working machines. Significant manufacturing areas include the manual or automatic spinning of rotational symmetrical reflectors or housings, their further processing on hydraulic presses or by means of special pneumatic tools as well as the punching, canting, bending and stamping of angular reflectors. In every case ACL-Lichttechnik GmbH utilises high-grade aluminium qualities.
