The two-piece ACL Segment Louvres consist of a bottom and a top reflector combining the advantages of downlight reflectors with the features of the radial louvre technology. The main feature of the four- or six-cell bottom part is a parabolically-shaped outer cone and center piece with four or six radially arranged parabolic blades in between. What makes it different from the ACL Ring Louvre is an additonal cylindrically-shaped glare reducing ring perfectly positoned in between the inner and the outer cone. Outer cone, ring, center piece and the blades are tightly fixed to each other. The top part can be used with a variety of compact fluorescent TC-D or TC-T lamps. Highlights of this kind of louvres are high light output ratios and optimum glare control.
The ACL Segment Louvres are perfectly suited for ambient lighting in offices and administration buildings, in public buildings and hotels, conference rooms and consultings rooms as well as sales areas.
