High Reflectivity Reflectors for Bridgelux LED

ACL-Lichttechnik GmbH is presenting two new reflector series for the Bridgelux LED arrays BXRA-W1202/W2002 (Series BL70) and BXRA-W3000 (Series BL90) with five optimised high-efficiency aluminium reflectors each. All models perfectly fit into the already existing ranges of ACL standard reflectors with overall diameters of 71.5mm, 120mm and 140mm (Series BL70) and 92mm, 120mm and 140mm (Series BL90).

Both series offer a superspot, spot, medium, flood and wideflood version. A sophisticated faceting grants all models a high quality and technical appearance

2D Laser Cutting of Complex Shapes out of Reflectivity Enhanced Super Pure Aluminium

ACL-Lichttechnik GmbH has gained special know-how in the field of laser cutting of reflectivity enhanced aluminium qualities with a minimum thickness of 0,3mm over the past years.

There are a lot of advantages of laser cutting in contrast to punching or nibbling. 2D laser cutting made by ACL-Lichttechnik GmbH secures a scratch and defect-free surface as well as highly precise (CNC controlled with a cutting accuracy of 0.001mm), smooth (even) and burr-free cut-edges. The accurate laser cutting is extremely important for parabolically-shaped, multi-piece reflectors with a predefined contour guaranteeing an optimsed light output.
