Due to the availability of new design and production tools, ACL is now able to develop and prototype all kinds of round and angular reflectors within a very short period of time. With the help of a 3D CAD System and the use of the latest generation of metal-working machinery, spinning and punching tools can now be produced very quickly and economically. ACL only needs one week for the design and manufacture of a normal elliptical or parabolic round reflector. Even faceted reflectors can now be sampled within two weeks.

Created especially for use with the miniaturised 50W Mini White SON SDW-TG (GX 12). Two different reflectors with an overall diameter of 120mm and different beam distributions are available. Both models are faceted and equipped with a special neck for easy fixing by a retaining spring. The reflector flange of both types can be reduced on request. The smallest outside diameter is 112mm.
